That pizza ranch sounds pretty good Brahma, course I like te goulash too!! Well, since we got rained out for the racing, the track sausage dogs are out..so yeah, no heartburn!!  I just put a roast with some brown gravy and seasonings in my dutch oven and will cook that till it falls apart and put it over rice...cold and rainy here so that should be good..if I could fix cornbread worth a cent that would be good with it too..might have some packaged mix cornbread that's not too bad..and of course, sweet tea.

What are ya'll having??!!!

Ooh, your roast sounds yummy!  I'm sitting here still trying to decide what to make...didn't get the meatloaf made in time hmm

Oh yeah, the Pizza Ranch is pretty good; especially like the chicken.

Re: Hey Grampa!!!! What's For Supper???!!!

for breakfast  a suasage sandwich: it comes from Helen's Famous Sausage with Mustard and Hot sauce.  The sausage is secret recipe, and is deep fried then served on a sandwich roll.

for lunch 1/2 a loaf of hot italian bread, eat it hot while shopping.

for dinner: 1/4 of a Bobbie from Capriatti's  its a 24 inch sub made with chunks of turkey from a roasted turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce wit mayo, and some chips then some leftover Chili with rice.

I think I am gonna explode.

Re: Hey Grampa!!!! What's For Supper???!!!

I made pizza. Got the dough (whole wheat) from Walmart since I didn't have time to make one from scratch. I put olive oil, thin slices of potato and onion and chopped garlic. I cooked the potato slices in boiling water to soften them a little first. We had that, some green beans and a salad. Dessert was ice cream with mixed berries. I'm stuffed!

13 chickens: red stars, buff orpingtons, easter eggers, welsummers, barnevelders (two hens of each breed), one black australorp, one mutt,  one silkie rooster, 2 khaki campbell and 2 blue swedish ducks, 6 coturnix quail. 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a rabbit. One son (6 years old) and one husband. : )

Hubby grilled chicken fajita's with guacamole, salsa, sour creme, peppers & onions.  Then we had chocolate chip cookies and tea for dessert.

I just tend to throw a bunch of stuff in a pot that i find in the pantry and refrigerator. Works, and usually tastes pretty good.
