EGG CUSTARD BAKE

(this is SUNNYCHOOKS recipe from another site I belong to.  ENJOY)

Ingredients:

2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 Stick Butter, softened
4 Large Eggs (or 5 Mediums)
1/2 Cup Bisquick
2 tsp. Vanilla
Ground Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients except the nutmeg in a blender OR with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Pour into a lightly greased 8" glass pan or a 2 Qt. baking dish.

Let rest for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste.

Bake for 30-40 minutes. The custard should still have a little "jiggle" to it when done.

Serve warm (not hot) or cold!

Re: EGG CUSTARD BAKE

That sounds yummy.  I love custard and flan.  Gotta try it.

I was going to be good, but I got bored
