i come home and get dinner ready almost everynight while the wife picks up the kids. we use the crock pot alot. meat loaf/ ribs/ beans/cube steak and rice. lots of time saved with the crock pot.        jmho     jj

We like tuna made into patties and fried.  Its extremely quick, quicker than frying a hamburger.

We just have couple cans of tuna (you would need more than that, this is for two), 2 eggs, then either oats or crackers to keep it together.  Its a bit bland, so you can either put mustard on it when its done, or add soy sauce or teriyaki while its cooking, or even spice it a bit and put in chopped onions, garlic, etc, however you like to spice things.

It browns up within 5 minutes.

I always use olive oil for frying any more, we made that lifestyle change when my mom first had her heart attack, as she was from the south and we gave up fried food quite a long time, til Mom said she would rather die than continue the way we were eating.  lol

Of course, thats just the meat course, need veggies and a fruit too.
